Capacity & Season
The Hudson Farm Barn can accommodate up to 225 people. Receptions held in the Barn accommodate up to 64 people. Larger reception parties are required to rent the Farm Shed Hall (l 43 ft. x 135 ft.).  Rental season is April-November.

The Whole Farm:  $8,000
Plus refundable $500 security deposit  

Includes:

  •  Use of property for rehearsal the day before, times depending on other events
  •  Folding chairs, up to 225 
  • 28 round tables (60”, seating 8 per table), and 6 long serving tables  
  •  A selection of antiques and farm items for event decor
  •  Use of 21 Up Lighting, 11 in the barn and 11 in the Farm Hall Shed 
  •  Use of the Farmhouse for Bridal Party prior to the wedding and/or reception 
  •  Indoor bathrooms 
  •  Farm Shed Hall has air conditioning and heat 
  •  Parking lot 
  •  Wood Bar 
  •  Two Bartenders
  •  Use of the property starting the day of the event for deliveries, decorating, set up, etc.

Farm Shed Hall: $7,500
Plus $500 refundable security deposit

Wedding & Reception or Event Accommodating 65 People
Not Available on Saturdays
Plus refundable $500 security deposit

  •  Use of property for rehearsal the day before, times depending on other events
  •  Folding chairs, up to 65
  •  8 round tables (60”, seating 8 per table), and long rectangular head table  
  •  A selection of antiques and farm items for event decor 
  •  Use of 11 Up Lighting
  •  Use of the Farmhouse for Bridal Party prior to the wedding and/or reception 
  •  Indoor bathrooms 
  •  Parking lot 
  •  Bar with one bartender
  •  Use of the property starting the day of the event for deliveries, decorating, set up, etc. 
  •  Open until midnight

Additional Information

  • A deposit of $2,000 is required to hold a date and is due upon signing of contract. 
  • The deposit is refundable within 10 days of the contract signing. 
  • After 10 days, 50% of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation date is re-booked. 
  • Any cancellations received within 90 days of the event will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit. 
  • 50% of the balance is due on the contract must be paid 6 months prior to the event. 
  • The remaining balance is due in full 90 days before the event. If payment is not received at that time, the event will be cancelled and all deposits will be forfeited. 
  •  A security deposit of $500 is required and due at the time of final payment (60 days before the event). 
  • The security deposit is refundable 12 days after the event, conditioned on compliance with all provisions and limitations specified in the rental contract. 
  • In the event of damages or non-compliance, all or a portion of the security deposit will be withheld. 
  • Clean Up must be done by 10:00am the day after the event. 
  • Recommendations can be given for catering from $7 a plate and up.
  • The only alcohol permitted on the Hudson Farm premisses must be sold and served by the staff at Hudson Farm. Please contact us for liquor sale quotes that will meet the needs of the event. This includes the insurance, ice, glasses, stir sticks, limes, lemons, and bar equipment.

 

Optional Additional Costs

  • Extra Hours (maximum 2 hours) $300/hr. 
  • Total cleanup of property after the event $500 
  • Additional Charge if a band is performing $200 
  • Use of the Farm Shed Hall for Rehearsal Dinner $200 
  • Use of the Farm Shed Hall for Brunch the day after the event $200
  • Additional Tables 60” rounds or 8’ banquets $7/each
  • Additional Chairs $2/each
  • Additional Charge for decorations asked to be removed from walls.
